Should be Ok. : All things considered, a nuclear stress test properly performed gives us upwards of 95% confidence in the absence of heart disease (artery blockages). So they’re not perfect, but they’re pretty good. If clinical concern still exists in regards to that ECG, one could supplement the stress test with an anatomical test, such as CCTA.
