I was diagnosticated with mono 1.5 month ago. lymph nodes were measuring 2cm to 3.7cm and now they got shrink to 1.7cm but they still here after this time. could this be a lymphoma? or lymph nodes take a long time to go or even never disappear?

Can take time: As long as the nodes are getting smaller, do not be concerned. It may take a few months for the nodes to settle down. If the nodes get larger, you get fever, or lose weight, see a doctor.
