2.4 totalbilirubin, direct bilirubin 0.4 had ultrasound and chest x-ray came out normal ?

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, do you have any symptoms? Why was the test done? Both values are higher than normal, but it would require more information for a meaningful answer.
