For peace of mind and more complete evidence against presence of clinically significant coronary artery blockages I recommend that you undergo a maximum treadmill stress test. There are noncardiac causes of chest pain. Consult a specialist in internal medicine who will take a thorough history&system review, perform a physical examination & order appropriate testing in order to advise you.
