I suspect that they: are relatively safe, but they are not a good choice for a pre-natal vitamin. They may well contain unneeded fillers and binders including titanium oxide. I would advise that you consult with your obstetrician about which prenatal vitamins she/he recommends. Having as your goal having a healthy baby will likely also result in healthy hair. Stay well:)
