Better to be safe: Although some OTC herbal/vitamin products are considered safe, there is very little regulation by the FDA. This product has vitamins as well as other herbal remedies. Super/Mega-dosing certain vitamins carries some risk. Once pregnant, it is better to play this safe and take a good prenatal multivitamin as well as any other medications a physician may recommend depending on the situation.

Better not: Although dietary supplements OTC deem safe, there is no reliable process to report harmful effects, and being "dietary" so perceived as safe, while excess of vitamin A for instance can be harmful to the unborn child. Kindly only stick to prenatal vitamins prescribed during your prenatal care visits, especially those with folic acid, any extra vitamins show to your provider before consumption
