Totally OK: It's best to take pre-natal vits BEFORE one becomes pregnant, as they're most important the first 2 weeks of pregnancy and many women don't know they're pregnant the first 2 weeks. Thus ALL women of childbearing age who are sexually active should take pre-natals preventively. Pre-natals are a multivit. with a limited amount of Vit A (too much A bad if pregnant). I advise multivits for everybody.
