Cavity: A hole in your tooth is most likely a cavity or perhaps a lost filling. This is something that needs treatment by a dentist, even if it is not bothering you

Oh so many possibilities, chief among them a cavity. So go see your Dentist ASAP. Find out what's wrong and how to fix it. "Brown marking" is not enough for a diagnosis. See your Dentist.
