See dentist: Check with her dentist if she had seen him/her recently or go see the dentist. May be nothing needs to be done, or the dentist may recommend to extract the baby tooth to allow the permanent tooth to home out straight. Some people may recommend yanking the baby tooth out, but I don't have the heart to do so!
