Not serious: just means your heart speeds up normally from time to time. You may be a bit excitable is all. If no symptoms, don't worry

Sinus tachycardia : Sinus tachycardia means that at those times your heart rhythm was normal but your heart rate was high. We would have to look back at the monitor and correlate those periods of time with your activity level. If you were active during those times, then it could be normal. If you were not active during those times, then it might be an abnormal findings.
