Depends: It depends mostly on the time frame. A high tibial osteotomy must heal first before you do too much. Then once it heals, more aggressive exercises and therapy can be done, you just don't want to do anything that would jeopardize the surgical healing. I would check about the specifics of your case with your surgeon.
