Toe gap after metatarsal osteotomy for hallux valgus. 2 weeks today, started using toe spacer. will it make the gap permanent? also should i start trying some toe movements or wait until week 6 when i see the physio?

Using a toe gap spacer at two weeks is not going to provide much of anything but will not hurt anything either. Yes work on ROM Very important. Stitches can be removed If osteotomy performed weight bearing may not be appropriate. Call your surgeon. Get your concerns answered
