What is a bone stimulator, how would that help my husband who is not healing well with his second high tibial osteotomy?

Bone Stimulator uses: Sound waves to promote healing in a fracture or a surgically-created fracture (ie the osteotomy), which are slow to heal. Hence bone stimulator are used. They are effective in 75-80% cases.
