May need antibiotics: If symptoms have been present for less than two weeks, it is more likely a viral infection and often doesn't respond well to these medications. If symptoms have been present for more than two weeks without any improvement, then antibiotics might be an option.

Maybe: Depending on how long this has gone on, it's possible that it may get better on its own. If not, then various other medications including antibiotics and/or nasal steroid sprays may be helpful.
