I am told my newborns (3 weeks) left kidney is swollen with bubble in tube by ultrasound. is it an urgent issue that need to be treated immediately before any damage to kidney or we can wait until next week to book appointment?

I would: seek contact with your child's Pediatrician ASAP. How is it that you were told the results of the study without a follow-up with the prescribing Medical Professional?? Newborn problems are best handled by a NEONATOLOGIST ....do not wait to at least speak with your Pediatrician until next week My Opinion Only Hope it helps! Dr Z
