Back pain: There are numerous causes of lower back pain. It is difficult to reach a diagnosis without a proper examination of your back and abdomen. The back pain could arise from your kidneys, rib cage, spine or hip and pelvic joints. It could be due to inflammation from an old injury, arthritis or disc pain, hip bursitis, kidney stones - the possibilities are endless. You need to see your doctor

Possible: Kidney stone and other urinary tract conditions and infections need to be rapidly ruled out here. Other causes may include bowel related issues, gallbladder problem or muscular pain. An urgent clinical assessment will help here, particularly an urgent urinalysis as there are certain patterns that may indicate kidney infection or stone. Recommend see doctor urgently to examine and arrange tests.

See below : Back/side pain associated with urinary urgency and leakage could be due to a single problem such as a stone in the distal ureter or UTI or back/side pain may have nothing to do with the urinary tract. The one symptom that concerns me most, however, are the “bubbles” in your urine (aka pneumaturia). If truly present, suggests either a UTI or fistula between the bowel and bladder. Recommend GU eval.
