Ultrasound level 2 showed swollen kidney. what could cause this?

Blockage vs infxn: A swollen kidney may be due to either a distal blockage or infection of the kidney or any part of the urinary tract system. Was there any mention in the report if the renal collecting system was dilated? What additional tests are they doing for you?
