Troponin rise: Troponin rise has been noted in the past in patients who have suffered a reaction to anaesthesia. This should settle over time and does not necessarily mean that you have any issues with your coronary arteries. You will need monitoring by your GP for the troponin levels to ensure they return to normal levels.

Myocardium: Usually a response of The myocardium to the anaesthesia. It should slowly return to normal. Good Luck
