Can be difficult to do. May need GI and heart studies with drugs injected to see if they can bring it on and see coronary artery go into spasm.

Differentiating cardiac symptoms from gastrointestinal symptoms is sometimes difficult. The symptoms you provide need a detailed history, examination for adequate interpretation. "Tests" alone are overused and should not be relied upon without clinical input. CRP may be due to non-cardiac causes such as any inflammation. Please ask for a full discussion of your symptoms with your doctor.
