Inpatient program.: With that amount of daily use, it’s unfortunately doubtful that you’d be able to slowly taper down over a period of time outside of a hospital setting. I really think you need to enter a program voluntarily and come down from this under strict medical supervision. Then you can continue with an outpatient program for maintenance of cessation. I wish you the best - it’s a tough road.

Benzodiazepines...: Nicholas, I’m sorry you’re in such a rough spot. Benzo addiction is insidious and hard to treat. I would recommend finding an addictions specialist near you to help you wean off of the medications slowly. We usually switch over to a long acting medication like klonopin then wean people off over 9-12 months.

Detox needed: Your addiction to Xanax is serious enough at ~ 50 mg/day to warrant in-patient treatment. You are putting your health at great risk by doing street drugs. Be honest with prescribing doc and reach out for help, go to urgent care or ER. You need careful medical supervision to detox and a re-evaluation of any underlying anxiety disorder.
