What is the long term side effects of taking nitrofuritoin and cephalexin together?

Probably safe: It is unusual to require both these antibiotics at the same time. Confirm with the prescribing doctor(s) that both are needed. However, if needed, they should not interact: there are no known increased side effects from taking both at once.
