Probably No & No: It probably won't cause significant side effects. If you truly have cystic acne, its a bit of a long shot, and you would probably be better served by starting accutane.

Is it ok to take Clindmaycin for 2 weeks then switch to Keflex 5 days later? My dr prescribed it that way for my HS (acne inversea) and I have a tooth abscess I took the Clindmaycin now started the Keflex tonight.
