I'm taking keflex for a uti and on the 5th day of medication i'm having pain with certain movements or deep breath around low left side of back. but i no longer have burning when urinating. what could this be?

Kidney infection: The cited pain location suggests this is more than a simple bladder infection. It suggests the kidney on that side is involved. I would follow up with your doc.
