Cephalexin side effects and safety? allergic reaction risk?

Urticaria: Cephalexin is an oral antibiotic, belongs to the class of 'cephalosporin'. People who are allergic to 'penicillin" in general, will have cross sensitivity reaction to cephalosporin as well.
