Do physicians look at wbc percentage or absolute blood counts? my neutrophils have been in the 70%-80% for the past year. what could it be?

Absolute counts: If you are significantly low on lymphocytes, below maybe 800, get checked for HIV as every adult should anyway. If you feel well and the absolute neutrophil count is a bit high, and the cells are well-formed, this probably means nothing. A cold shower can do it.
