I did full blood test , wbc is at 3.7 and neutrophils is at 1.7 . last year in october i took it wbc was at 4.4 and neutrophils 2.2 vitamin b12 was at 112 last year now its 95 . are these normal should i be worried ?

Your total white blood cell count (WBC) and neutrophils are in normal rage, however, your low vitamin B12 levels deserves attention.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, you are deficient in B12 and need vitamin B12 injections. Your CBC is not a concern, if you do not have an infection. Wish you good health!
