Low rbc (3.74), low wbc(3.1) , also, monocytes 1%, neutrophils 33% and lymphocytes 64%, should i be concerned? unintentionally lost 30 pounds, been sick for almost a year. doctors couldnt figure out what was wrong, tests are just now coming back abn?

Tests should be repeated and if abnormalities are confirmed, you need to be evaluated by a hematologist. Good luck.
