yesterday in toilet bloody mucus found..today i test my esr value it is .03 mm/hr....is there any chans of ulcerative colitis?

UC?: There are a few possibilities here. Ulcerative colitis could certainly be one. Inflammatory bowel disease could be another. Or infectious colitis. Regardless, if this persists, you would really need more testing including colonoscopy to determine cause and course of treatment.
