A form of autoimmune disease should be considered. A consultation with GI and Rheumatologist may be helpful.

Anti-jo-1 antibody positive(+) without any muscle weak symptoms. Muscle enzymes CPK, Lungs Xray test came back Normal. Last year diagnosed Ulcerative colitis (p-ANCA+) what could be the reason for anti-jo-1 + without any other clinical symptom?
Rhumatoid Factor IGA came back positive 52 (ref 0-20) where as RF IGM 3 (ref 0-20) and RF IGG 6 (ref 0-20) is negative . No rhumetologic symptoms but test performed as part of Ulcerative colitis blood work up. why RF IGA is positive? CRP, ESr all Ok?
Had blood test checking CRP, ESR, iron levels, CBC all cam back negative. I'd likely to be Crohn's or ulcerative colitis ? How active id blood test ?
On routine check up, ESR is 43, lymohocyte count is 62.Other reports are normal including chest xray.Have no other symotom at all.Wut else shud i.Do?
