Tetanus immunisation: It is ideal that you visit your nearest Urgent Care centre to get a tetanus booster if you haven't had one in the past 5 years. You need to clean your wound thoroughly to avoid getting an infection

Tetanus status: 2 issues - may need a tetanus shot and also the wound may require cleaning and care to reduce risk of infections - some country's protocols would even suggest antibiotics in this scenario. Please visit a doctor urgently to get this sorted as per Dr Adam's advice.

No: If you thoroughly washed your hands with soap and water after handling the meat (which you should regardless of whether or not you had cuts on your hands) you should not be concerned.
