Gynecologist: Your gynecologist would review the study with the radiologist and discuss the differential diagnosis and advisability of further imaging studies like ct scan or MRI. Of course your gynecologist would have taken your history, ask about any current symptoms and perform a careful rectopelvic examination. After all this, he/she will advise you.
