No effect: Clomid (clomiphene) shouldn't have any effect on the rate of ectopic pregnancy, but having had an ectopic before (even if your tubes look normal on hsg) does increase your risk of recurrence significantly. If you conceive, you should be watched closely at first, so the diagnosis isn't missed.
