Laparoscopy: You need to see a gynecologist skilled in laparoscopic surgery and have them take a look. You may have adhesive disease. You may have endometriosis. You may have a blocked fallopian tube that is causing pain. It is going to be difficult if not impossible to to figure it out without actually looking in the belly, so that is what I would recommend you pursue. I can certainly help if you are PacNW
