Nothing to worry abo: Radiation doses delivered/received during check X-rays are so tiny that you do not need to worry about any harm. Unless you exceed 30-40 mSv (which only happens with the use of multiple CT scans done) there is no worry about cancer causation from diagnostic radiation.
