Came across a product named "4life transfer factor plus tri-factor", whether this product is recommended for chronic constipation or it is just scam?

See a GI: Foods high in fat tend to constipate you. Foods high in fiber favor looser stools. Fruits vegetable, whole grains are excellent sources of fiber. Also, fiber only works if u are well hydrated so increase water, juice etc. See a GI specialist to rule out another cause of your problem. Fiber supplements then be added until you have regular bms. A colonoscopy can rule out a polyp or blockage.
