A lot of Miralax (polyethylene glycol): After being on thyroid replacement recheck blood level of TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone)-takes about 3 weeks to change. Meanwhile, check diet-adquate fiber foods like beans, whole grains, fruits, vegs, fluids, activity. Check meds, otc, supplements, e.g. Calcium can be constipating. Get enough oil in diet. Age? May need colonoscopy to check things ok inside. Miralax is safe, but 4x/d is a lot.

Check with doctor: With hypothyroidism you should check with your endocrinologist. If your hypothyroidism is under control the constipation should improve.
