ive got ankle and foot pain for about two weeks now think ive hurt it again have sprained before, they found heel spur on previous xrays. is swollen what to do? have tried anti inflammatory and pin killers

Unstable.: Pain and swelling are indicators that something is amiss. The swelling is the body's way of trying to stabilize the ankle, a kind of water cast. Taking anti inflammatories and pain killers does not address the problem, it does mask it however. You are going to need to be evaluated to determine the nature of the injury as well as the extent. I doubt whether the incidental heel spur is involved.
