Rest: Ice, compression, elevation, an antiinflammatory if not contraindicated. If very swollen consider crutches, a walking boot if you can't crutch walk. Consider xrays to make sure no fracture.

Get x-rays to make sure there are no fractures. Then, like mentioned above, ice, rest , elevation and compression are usually helpful, if not contraindicated. Depending on severity of the sprain you may need PT to regain stability and strength.
