Dry socket: Try irrigating it with a syringe of warm water mixed with a little peroxide. You can also use a water pic on a low setting to clean it out. It will heal. Give it time and take your antibiotics if you have them. Tylenol or Motrin will help the pain. Good luck and feel better.
