Got dry socket 2days after extraction, dentist put lots if paste in it. later pus began oozing and given antibiotics. will it heal pus is still init?

Dry socket: Try irrigating it with a syringe of warm water mixed with a little peroxide. You can also use a water pic on a low setting to clean it out. It will heal. Give it time and take your antibiotics if you have them. Tylenol or Motrin will help the pain. Good luck and feel better.

Dry socket issues: Only your own dentist will be able to determine the best course of action considering your circumstances and what you describe. First, the socket might have to be cleaned out and curetted to induce bleeding, remove as much as the infected tissue as possible and start the healing process again. Second, it has to be determined what is the best antibiotic, dosage and regiment to use. Call/ask Dr.
