I have a scalloped tongue, feeling of cotton mouth, and decreased taste. i just ended azithromycin a week ago, along with diflucan 4 days ago. is this a concern? no white patches but a small coating on tongue/discolored.

These: symptoms/signs are common after the use of a broad spectrum antibiotic...If the thrush is treated with antifungals you might try eating some yogurt to help "replace" the normal PH and bacteria in your mouth and on your tongue (a tongue brush may be helpful) Finally your DENTIST may have some advice!
