Thrush?: If this is thrush (presumable diagnosis based on the treatments received), then the organism is resistant to diflucan and another antifungal would need to be selected. An examination would be required to develop alternative theories as to cause.

I have a white coated tongue that can be scraped, sometimes clumpy white stuff is removed. Mouth is dry at times. Been treated with fluconazole, nystatin and mycelex with no resolution. This happened after Covid. Any ideas?
