I took 250mg of azithromycin (3rd of 4 doses). my tongue, jaw & neck went thumb and breathing was hard for a min. or 2 then cleared. should i worry?

Adverse reaction: Those symptoms are not commonly reported adverse reactions to azithromycin, but seem to be associated with the Rx. I don't know the reason for which you are taking the Rx, but I would suggest you call the prescribing physician and should not take additional doses of the Rx.
