I've noticed when I go to sleep I wake up and my ear is clogged been having pressure in head and sharp pain in neck what could this be?

Good Day, since 1:30 am I all of a sudden got a severe pain in my one ear so badly I couldnt sleep anymore. Pressure makes it feel slightly better but it feels like the suction pressure causes makes it hurt badly to release pressure. I feel nauseas.
