I've had bad pressure & pain on the left side of my head at the back behind my ears & inside my left ear.i can't turn my head properly or sleep on it.the pain is also on right side closer to my neck but no pain/pressure in right ear.what could it be?

Ear infection : See your local doc to examine the ear canal. Sounds like something could be trapped inside, or a,local infection. Good,luck
