Ive had a swollen left eye for 4 days, on day 3 my left ear also started hurting(pressure), it feels like its clogged with fluid. every time the fluid in my eye drains, i can feel fluid go down my nose and throat as well. more pain while sleeping?

There may be an infection of the tissue called a cellulitis. Please see the emergency room or urgent care. Watch for change in eye movement,redness and fever.

Sudden eyelid swelling and otitis media sounds like an infection treatable with antibiotics. The tear drainage system is connected to the inside of the nose, so this could be a sign of preseptal cellulitis, but any vision loss, bulging of the eyes or loss of extraocular motility is a sign of orbital cellulitis which is serious. See an ophthalmologist ASAP.
