My right big toe joint area pain possible from constant treadmill jog. no pain when moving toe but hurts when i spread it and hurts when i put pressure on an area of the base of the toe ?

Toe Pain: The treadmill is likely irritating the toe. There are many small ligaments and tendons in this region along with the joint capsule. I would lay off treadmill and seek alternative activity. There are many turf toe doing a available a long with taking an NSAID. If no improvement likely need an examination and possible xray.
