Bunions can...: Become painful, inflamed( tender to touch)and worse w/ activity. Bunion 'pads' may be helpful temporarily.Consult w/ your parent(s) and see an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation. Best of luck!

To reduce the : Inflamation, soak your foot in epsom salt and warm water. Make sure your shoes are not tight. Bunions are a structural deformity. Your options are shoes that accomadate them, protective cushions or pads, or surgical correction. A foot doctor can be helpful.
