I have a foot calluses on both of my feet but wont be able to see a doctor for weeks. what can i do in the meantime? im an athlete and i work so im always moving. can i still exercise? how do i avoid it getting bigger or pressure/friction?

You can get a pumice stone and gently rub it on the calluses and this should decrease them so they are not rubbing on your shoes. Calluses are made of extra skin and it won’t bleed as long as you stay on the surface. Just take off enough with the pumice stone so that it is not getting irritated from friction on your shoes. Then, see a podiatrist as soon as able. Good luck!
