Liver cirrhosis?: If you are referring to a liver biopsy, cirrhosis reflects advanced stage fibrosis or scarring of the liver. Depending on the cause, extent of lesions, best assessed by imaging and overall functional status of your liver the focus will be on preserving the remaining liver/ liver transplant if eligible. Cirrhosis per se is not curable.
