Nobody knows.: The direct interaction of drugs mixing in the stomach hasn't been studied. We don't think so. The exceptions are drugs with definite physical effects of binding other drugs. Calcium antacids and plastic beads used to bind cholesterol and drugs that coat the stomach to prevent ulcers are well known for blocking other drugs. You are not on those.

Yes: Synthroid is a thyroid replacement pill. Fenofibrate is a lipid-lowering agent. There is no problem taking these with Zyrtec.
